Deposits and Withdrawals – UPI and Bank Transfer

How to deposit and withdraw on your ID: accepted methods, minimums, timings and charges. Withdrawals processed 24x7 with no fees.

Accepted methods

UPI Net Banking Bank Transfer

A note on methods, since the pills above stay deliberately generic: UPI is the workhorse for deposits – instant, traceable, universally held – with net banking and direct transfer covering the rest; withdrawals return by bank transfer to the account matching your name. What never appears in this desk’s flow: gift cards, crypto side-channels, or “alternative” routes proposed mid-transaction. A payment method you did not expect, introduced at the moment of paying, is a script – the safe response is the one habit this site repeats everywhere: details from your own thread, methods you recognise, nothing improvised.

How to deposit

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with the amount you want to add.
  2. We send the payment details in the chat. Details are sent per transaction – we do not publish fixed payment details anywhere.
  3. Pay from an account in your own name and confirm the payment in the chat.
  4. The balance appears on your ID, usually within a few minutes.

How to withdraw

  1. Message us with the withdrawal amount and your bank details or UPI ID.
  2. We confirm the request on the same chat.
  3. Money is transferred, normally within 10 to 30 minutes.

Withdraw to an account in your own name. Third-party accounts are the main reason a withdrawal gets held up, and it is a rule we cannot bend – the terms state it formally, and this page explains why it protects you.

What the timings really mean

The numbers in the table above deserve their honest footnotes. Deposit crediting is fast because UPI is fast – but UPI occasionally holds a transaction at the bank’s end for reasons no desk controls, and the correct response is patience plus the payment reference in your chat, never a second payment to “retry”. Withdrawal speed is the desk working around the clock, but bank-side processing has hours and moods of its own, and a payout confirmed in your chat with a reference is done from the desk’s side whatever your balance shows for the next few minutes. The one timing worth actual suspicion is a withdrawal that sits unacknowledged – not slow, but unanswered. Silence, not minutes, is the red flag.

Why the own-name rule is absolute

Both directions of the money run through accounts bearing your own name, and this rule bends for nobody – not family, not convenience, not a friend’s working UPI when yours is being difficult. The reasons stack: third-party transfers are how money-muling works, so they draw exactly the scrutiny you do not want; they break the chain that lets the desk verify you through your own transaction history – the same chain that recovers your account when a phone dies; and in any dispute, payments that match your identity are your evidence. A desk that cheerfully accepts third-party money is not being flexible; it is being careless with the mechanism that protects you both.

When a deposit goes missing: the triage

  1. Confirm the money actually left – a failed debit that looks sent is the most common false alarm.
  2. Send the transaction reference in your chat – the desk traces against it directly.
  3. Give UPI its occasional settlement lag – a genuinely sent payment lands; twenty minutes of patience beats any rash second transfer.
  4. If the details you paid did not come from your own thread that day – stop, and read the safety page now, because that is the one version of this story with a different ending.

Two things worth knowing

  • Deposit details change per transaction. Always ask in the chat before paying – never reuse old payment details, and never pay a number someone sent you in a group.
  • There are no withdrawal charges and no monthly limit. If anyone asks you to pay a “withdrawal fee” or “tax” to release your winnings in our name, it is a scam. Contact us on the number published on this site.
