The terms that apply to using this website and to any ID issued through this desk.

By using this website or requesting an ID through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must be legally permitted to bet where you are located. Online betting is restricted in several Indian states – checking this is your responsibility.
  • You must use your own identity, your own WhatsApp number and your own bank account.

2. Accounts

  • One person, one ID. Multiple IDs opened by the same person may be closed.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Change it on first login.
  • You may not sell, share, rent or transfer your ID to anyone else.
  • We verify account ownership through the WhatsApp number used to open the ID.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit ₹500. Minimum withdrawal ₹1,000.
  • Deposits must come from an account in your own name. Withdrawals are paid only to an account in your own name.
  • Deposit details are issued per transaction inside the WhatsApp chat. Payments made to any other account are not our responsibility.
  • We charge no deposit or withdrawal fees. Bank-side delays are outside our control.

4. Bonuses

  • Bonus rates are confirmed on WhatsApp before you deposit and apply as confirmed at that time.
  • Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, it is stated before the bonus is credited.
  • Bonuses obtained through false information or multiple accounts may be withdrawn.

5. Fair use

We may suspend or close an ID, and withhold a balance arising from the conduct concerned, where we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, match manipulation, payment fraud or abuse of promotions. Where an ID is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance is returned.

6. Third-party platforms

IDs give access to independently operated exchange and gaming platforms. Market availability, odds and settlement are determined by those platforms and are subject to their rules. We are not liable for their decisions, downtime or changes to their service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from betting activity, from use of this website, from third-party platforms, or from dealings with any party impersonating us. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the balance held on your ID.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version published on this page applies. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
